MANAGEMENT TO DEAL WITH THIS ********* BUSINESS PRACTICES

On the 31.12.2019, I placed my final orders for the year, no communication sent that there is a cut off and the website stated that final orders to be placed at 18:00 as it always does, I had an error as three of my orders did not go through, tried calling my sales leader and she was unfortunately not available and came back later to inform me that cut off was at 14:00 and she got that information from another manager other than ours. This means that my orders of last year was captured with January's prices and that is *********!!!! Before that I sent an e-mail and to date no response. Can I ask that a manager contacts me because with my last complaint a consultant responded to a complaint, really??? It's a new year, can people do their work because all orders placed are new customers and now I looked *********** because of lack of communication :( Call me as soon as possible
