Listed without any warning

I paid my account on a wrong beneficiary Avon instead of Justine, then I was told to Fax the slip and the will update it within 12hrs. It has not be updated. I also found out that I was listed on transunion without any WARNING in Writting or at least receive a notification IN WRITING which states that i will get a listing at the credit bureaus in 20 days.

Thank you for bringing this query to our attention.

We contacted you on the number provided to no avail, Credit Control department received R1500.00 proof of payment dated 26th February 2015.

The payment is forwarded to our Admin department to process the journal and it will be updated on your account.
