Listed on ITC

<p>this has been the worst Experience ever as My wife did not get an order as AVON set this to the incorrect addess .</p> <p>then when we queryed this we were told that someone has signed for this , noone could tell us who signed for this !</p> <p> </p> <p>after following up on this issue we were told to send an affidavit , we then sent this to their query mail box credit mail box and her area team leader.</p> <p>NO one followed up 4 weeks we later we get an SMS that she is listed by ITC .</p> <p>I want to lace this on record that I work for MEDIA24 and I am more than willing to have a journalist write up an article on News24 about this terrible service provided.</p> <p>as my wife is in the process of signing a job contract and the main requirement is a clear ITC record . if this affects her getting this job we will take it further as this is bad Customer service that has hindered my family’s growth </p>
