Late delivery
On the 6th December I placed an order, on the 7th I paid the amount due. After making a payment I expected to receive a notification for when my order will be delivered, since today I haven't received my order. I have wasted my time and airtime trying to call them and email.
Today I have received an email stating that my parcel was delivered and it's not. I called them again to find out who signed for the parcel and they couldn't provide me with that information.
