Justine Sales Rep Horror
I joined Justine in 2012 as a sales rap , stopped being a sales rap that very same year, made sure I did not owe anything, yet 2018 Justine is still showing on my report even now. I called them to understand why is it showing that I am owing the R466, they said I owed nothing and they will update it for me, mind you this is two months ago I have been calling them every week but they keep telling me it will be updated on my credit profile but it is not happening as this is more than 3 months now. Bad customer service and interaction clearly they do not want salesreps.
