JUSTINE NOT SENDING A STATEMENT REFLECTING PAYMENT MADE AND NON UPDATE OF CREDIT BUREAUS
I'm a frustrated at JUSTINE i have called several times to request JUSTINE to send me s statement reflecting payment i made and till today this is not forth coming ,furthermore JUSTINE quick to update the credit bureaus when i opened the account ,yet now 2 weeks later the credit bureaus are not updated as it still reflects that i owe .Please can someone assist with the statement and also update the credit bureaus as i paid this account more than 2weeks ago
