Justine Items not received, paid invoice but STILL got listed!

<p>In March 2016, I was invoiced for items not received. </p> <p>I immediately sent an email to my Sales Manager and she said she will sort it.</p> <p>After following up with her a lot of times, nothing was sorted. I received a letter from ITC in November 2016, I made a payment and I sent it to Credit Control along with the letter from ITC. I also followed up with Credit Control to allocate the payment.</p> <p>Until 10 January 2017, the payment has not been allocated.</p> <p>I refuse to pay the R50's that was added to my account!</p> <p>Where to go from here????</p>
