JUSTINE - FREE GIFT NOT RECEIVED AND BAD SERVICE

joined up with Justine in October 2014 as a consultant. made my target in October 2014 and was promised a free gift of Tabasheer and other products. I to date have never received my gift. I have contacted Head Office and also Paula from East London. There have been continuous emails sent back and forth. I have sent about 50 emails or more. Paula has sent that she has ordered the gift over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I also battled to get them to cancel my membership. In January 2015 I ordered tissue oil under the impression and was promised that the gift would be sent. I then was about two weeks late with my payment and they blocked my Avon parcel and also reduced my Avon Limit. I cannot believe that I have been treated so badly. I have always been in the sales industry in retail and sell Avon and Tupperware and have only had great service. I would NEVER recommend anyone to sell JUSTINE as their customer service is pathetic and they promise you products and you don't receive them. Lets pass the buck and not bother about bad service. No one has even bothered to phone me
