Justine don't deliver products

I am a customer. I have been waiting for a month for my parcel. According to the rep between justine and fastway they messed up with the address and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. So in actual fact somebody else have my parcel and they moved. Now justine don't come back at all on how we are going to resolve this issue. Im ****ed that I had paid for my order and I didn't t recieve my parcel. Very fast to ***** your money with no delivery or business ethics. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
