The company has not done due-diligence in allowing someone to open an account using my name. They did not take time to verify whether the person was legally the correct person. Now my name is listed on the credit bureau whilst I have never had dealings with the company.

I have made numerous attempts to request that this account be closed after following what you had asked me to do. I have requested a letter from the company to confirm that you have closed the account and my name removed from I.C T. Up until thus far no one has responded to my request and I am still in limbo as I can not obtain credit because of you.

All I am requesting is a letter exonerating my name from this ********** act as I do not want to be part of it
