I ordered products from Justine at the end of January. I only receid 2 items, of which 1 was a free gift, and nothing else to date. My sales consultant says it is on back order. This is poor customer service. I will never order something from Justine again.

Thank you for bringing this query to our attention.
As per our telephonic conversation, I contacted Sonja Fourie and we checked her account for shorted items.
On January brochure page 47, the offer was captured incorrectly.
The consultant only ordered the Eyeshadow Quads and didn't include the Mascara and the eyeliner.
I have captured the eyeliner on the account to be included with her next order.
Item 4807 12ML NAIL ENAMEL FROSTED ROSE (we expecting stock on the 13th of March 2015)
Item 6923 LUXE SEDUCTION MASCARA is sold out and Marketing department confirmed that it will not be substituted.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
