It’s been 3 months being in the need of paid up letter and updated of ITC

Good day Please need a help it’s been 3 months paid this account and asked to be closed now when I check my credit score says I am still a owing the amount I’ve paid and the account haven’t be closed ,the lawyer that held my account asked for paid up letter they said to the lawyers that they will send paid up letter direct to me but yet they failed to do so it’s been 3 months running up and down with this account .coming in need of help here wasn’t my intentions but I’m fed up with this Avon .and when u called them they will brush you up .even the ITC they haven’t update been sending emails ,calling a loss from my side
