ITC Listing- Poor Client Service

Avon by far has the worse customer service.I have been trying to get assistance on an account that was closed almost two years ago but still appears on my credit report.

This is my 3rd complaint , a lady by name of Audicous Phalane has been assisting for almost 6months now but she has also now disappeared and her emails are not going through.

Can someone assist as the credit bureaus say this needs to be done by Avon;i cant dispute it cause accounts is sitting at zero but it is not closed.

This is unacceptable as former sales representative this puts me off ever rejoining Avon; The lack of client care is appalling.

Hi Dimakatso, this is the exact same generic response I received from Audacious. This is unacceptable you guys keep escalating to nowhere and I keep having to follow up. I need a name and direct contact number for a person I can contact; if this is not resolved I will then have to find someone who is a manager or a director on Linkedin because clearly your department and colleagues are failing to do your job.

This is going on for close to 2years; I paid what I owe and now your institution is not holding up their end.
