itc business listing-adverse

I was a sales rep for Justine while as a student 2*** and according to them when I failed to repay my acc within 21 days they blacklisted me which I was unaware of as I settled the outstanding balance and was allowed to operate as their rep but I chose not to . To my surprise this year 2015 when I made a home loan application I was rejected based on the adverse listing by Avon Justine and I contacted tthem immediately on the 03/03/2015 and to this day I have not been assisted or my issue been resolved. Instead I was told by the call centre superviser that I must wait 2 years for the adverse to be removed and I must not make my problems theirs even though they are the ones that blacklisted me. I regret ever doing business with such a company and warn others. I am still waiting for them to get back to me regarding the removal and I guess I will have to wait until they decide to assist me.
