Issues with paying bank refunds

I cancelled my account with Avon due to there lack of support and having all kinds of issues with getting my orders fulfilled. I requested on a refund on the money that is lying in my account and they wanted plenty of documents I sent them all the documents and they just keep asking for the same documents again and again.. and nothing else happens

Everything has been sent - I see other people are having this same issue and I am going to have them flagged at the bank if this issue is not resolved immediately

Beware of paying money into your Avon account people
