Incorrect credit given back - at least R400 not refunded SINCE FEB! No assistance for reps! Useless
<p>sent 4 wrap dressed back in Feb - only 3 was credited. Still waiting for refund - waybill sent, sales leader just as useless. If this was the other way around - I would have a bad credit but its easier *****ing from your own reps! So gatvol of this bad service of Avon. Want my account to be closed IMMEDIATELY! </p>

Secondly, I would really like to see the credit turnaround time because I've been waiting since Feb. All I get is generic emails.
Do not call me unless its sorted - both my sales leader and area leaders know about this and no one can assist me - so give my credit back into my account then call me.
