Incomplete Order and no communication

I received half the order and called to get my matter sotted our, I have called a number of times to get the matter resolved all I get is promised that they will contact the courier service and call me back and no one even bothers, I call again and no one bothers about me, Spoke to Mohale Mosatiwa who was very helpful, he said he will ask the escalations department to arrange for delivery today in the next 4 hours and said the courier or escalations department will contact me, I still have not received any call ,had to call the courier service only to be told I cant receive my order today
