I received an email from justine communications about completing a survey and stand a chance to win R2000 which will be used to pay my balance for August and on the 18th of September i was also informed via email that i am among the 5 that have won and now everytime i log into my justine account it gives the message that my aacount is overdue, i once called and spoke to Mondli on the 20th Sep who told me that my account will take 48hrs to be credited, seriously why on earth do they make empty promises to people that they cannot keep.
