I just spoke to the Avon office staff (Beroy) about the outstanding item that I ordered but did not appear even on a picking slip. The lady was bold to say it was not ordered. I kept on telling her that I did and this is not happening for the first time even in January two items were not included. she kept on ignoring me even when I said but you do not think that there might be a system error because on my side everything was saved properly. She kept on saying the same thing then she told me to write an email. I said we are talking right now I think you should note it and do an internal investigation and gather stats of representatives who complained about the same thing and see if maybe there are gaps in the system. I must say the woman was arrogant no customer care not even willing to try and see if this is not a common issue. I did not get her name well she said she is Beroy. Useless service no sense of internal continuous improvement.
