*********** Call Centre and Horrible Service

I am appalled by the bad service at Justine. Every single month is a struggle!!! I have placed orders and paid for but their system keeps showing an outstanding balance that I cannot reconcile!!! My latest order was placed on the 4th Dec 2017 and paid on the 8th Dec 2017. Still no orders!!! I have called the call centre at least 5 times and each call centre agent does not care at all! They all give different advise like they work at 5 different places!!. I have sent through my proof of payments (5 days ago) but still no resolution on my account!! Today I spoke to Tshepiso Mopheta who lost her temper while "advising" me! I hate selling it because now my customers think I am lying about placing and paying for their orders!! I hate Justine Customer Service!! The people just don't care!
