<p>I am highly disgusted in Justine. For 10 years I was selling their product. A few months ago I've received the wrong parcel. After explaining to them that the invoice they debit me is wrong and they must credit it to me and debit the right amount. They just can't do it. I don't know if the accountants doesn't understand or what the problem is. For 3 months I'm sending emails back and forth. They can't solve it. I refuse to pay for something I didn't receive. Now they listed me on ITC for something I didn't receive!! Because they can't solve a small problem. I want my name of ITC ASAP!!!!</p>
