INCOMPETENCE - HANDING MY ACCOUNT OVER FOR COLLECTION

not even worth a rating ! After 3 years today I received a phone call from ITC stating that Avon handed my account over to htem for collection ! My account has been paid up for a long time already! I have emailed letters to ITC before regarding this , but apparently this is a new case ? How the HELL can you hand my account over for collection if it is paid up for more than 2 years already??? you need to take my name off ITC or I will take further action against YOU
