I wouldn't support Avon again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy avon

Good day.

I ordered a few things from Avon and never received my mascara in my box.I then emailed Avon directly and they gave me a number to WhatsApp Anele on I then WhatsApped Anele but unfortunately I was told that I haven't paid for my mascara but my invoice shows that I did even when I paid for my things I made sure everything is paid.On my invoice it shows that the product was sold out i want my money from Avon but they refuse to pay my money back into my account so what do I do in this situation please advise thank you
