I will never buy Avon products again.

On the 7th of September I gave an order plus cash for 6 Avon products to Petro Boshoff. The order date was the 11th. I received my products 17 days later, on the 28th of Sept. One of the perfume bottles was clearly a used/tester bottle. Perfume level way below full. And the look of the bottle were changed months ago, but the bottle I received was still the old look. The box was also not sealed with cellophane. I sent an e mail (with photo's) to Avon within hours of receiving the products. They contacted Petro and she came to fetch that specific bottle on the 3rd of October. I am still waiting, after 37 days ! for the proper bottle that I ordered. I will never buy any Avon product again and will show all my family and friends the photo's and warn them to stay away from Avon products. There was no follow up from Avon to enquire if I have received the correct bottle of perfume. Surely they must follow up after a week or two to make sure problems were resolved?
