I purchased Avon intimate care products through an Avon Representative

I purchased Avon intimate care products through an Avon Representative. After using the products, I experienced a rash and irritation. When I contacted Avon, I was repeatedly told that the complaint had to be handled through the Representative. The problem is that the Representative has now refused to take back the products or assist me with submitting the complaint. Avon continues to refer me back to the Representative, leaving me with no way to have my complaint properly investigated or resolved.
