I have had it with this people! Been chasing a paid up and closed letter ! After my 10th call they told me still their drafting a letter ans i should wait for 24hour to get that letter. I waited but still tge same no letter that i get it I called into th

I have had it with this people! Been chasing a paid up and closed letter ! After my 10th call they told me still their drafting a letter ans i should wait for 24hour to get that letter. I waited but still tge same no letter that i get it I called into the call center and had a rude lady tell me I can't be helped because I have to sent a sign letter, I sent that letter and I found the email that I have to wait for another 24hours while I waited 72hours. I dropped the line and called back and requested request to speak to a manager but the customer care told me I can't speak to the manager via phone the manager deals on emails only . I am fed up and I want my paid up and closed letters why the hell is that so hard to get from you people?????
