I got a call from the lady called Susan

On the 28/10/2015 11:04am I got a call from a lady Susan Zm claiming that I will be paying half price if I will be ordering with R800 and a box with 19 gifts inside it. I even double asked her then I placed my order. Today I got my order which I didn't receive it myself and they didn't call when they delivered it. So today I got I to my office I saw the box lucky I didn't open it I went online and view my statement then boom I am charged the full amount not half of what I ordered. I whatsapped her and called she denies the fact that she mentioned half price. Monday Mon I will return this this back to them. And every time I o reder its either I am charged I terms that are not delivered o they send something that I didn't order.
