I am called a ******* because of Avon

I am now been called a ******* by customers because I took their money and made orders bu now I am not receiving those orders, Avon is making a fool of me spoke to Portia Kau she couldn't handle my query she just kept quiet then there is Valencia Nkutsoeu same thing. I asked for contacts where my query was escalated to there was no response, its been over 3 weeks trying to solve this matter their agents are unprofessional and the credit department they will not help you with anything you request those people are playing, you'll spend hours on the phone trying to contact them with no luck, you'll send emails and responses don't make any sense.... Avon will humble you they want you fight, get tired and lose your money with a bad record of been called a ******* so I must now lose my reputation because of Avon. I think the real ******* here it's Avon.
