Horrible communication

The communication with Avon has always been impossible. My account was outstanding and I they handed me over to the collections. The company doing their collections is worst at communication than Avon. I had paid up my account a while back and even though I had sent a whole lot of emails to them, I'm still being arrested via email for payment. While my Avon account shows Zero outstanding balance. I do not know what to do, anymore. Avon is the worst when it come to communication.
