<p>My colleques and I ordered 3 Argen oil hand lotion from a rep of Avon.On using the products a few minutes later our hansa started pealing.I called the customer care line to complain and Kemiso assited me, send through the fast + furious guys to come and collect the 3 hand lotion the very same dat the 26/06/2017</p> <p> </p> <p>On follow up to get a replacemend product I spoke to another lady whom I did not get her details and she advised me that I must get the details of the representative that I bought from in order for them to send me the replacement product.The repersentatite refused to give me her details claiming that I should have gobe through her.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Avon again Spoke to Thandeka who tells me that there is no way that I can get a replacement product without the Rep's detail.What should I do?</p> <p>Both Avon and The Rep got my money and I am being told that "I am sorry Mam there is nothing we can do"Only on me venting and asking to speak to the manager is when Thandeka thinks of escalating my query?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why was I not informed before the product was picked up that I need to returnit to the Rep?</p> <p>Who's fault is it....AVON PLS GIVE ME MY REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
