held in credit queque *******

I have been trying to place orders on Justine website, but placing the order it says held of credit queue which I dont even understand what it means, usually I would get an sms with an amount to pay for the order to be delivered but lately its not happening. Can someone please assist regarding this as my leader just says she doesnt understand what my querie is about.
