Harassment
For the past 3-4 years, early each year I am harassed by a debt collection company claiming I owe an Avon/ Justine funds.
I have never opened a Justine account and the company is unable to provide me with a copy of a contract or verification documents used in opening an account.
I have been very patient to to date, but this is now unacceptable behaviour and could be regarded as harassment.
Unless this is dealt with immediately I will be seeking legal advice and reporting you to the CPA ombudsman.
