This is a compliment to Avon Justine ***** department. An account was **********ly opened under my name. I sent affidavit with proof of residence and ID copy with 6 Signatures. I got feedback that my matter was attended withing 7 to 21 days my name will will be removed from ICT and that's what exactly happened. I was very Happy with service I received
