Furious customer with Avon

Good day....so I had an avon account open and I then had it all paid up and wanted it closed....I called the call center last year since December to have this account closed and removed off my profile as I had paid it all up in December 2020...until today it is still opened and showing as its I areas.... now I cannot take contracts or even get a loan as my credit score is tarnished because of this account...at the call center they said I should send an email stating that I want my account closed and removed off my profile but till today nothing... pathetic service from avon and can anybody help me close this so I can get on with my life...
