********** Activity - Identity Theft

After routinely doing a credit check on my profile i have noticed that there is an Avon Justine account created in my name. I then called Avon Justine to inquire and they confirmed that apparently i opened an account with them last year. This is unacceptable how do they let this happen? I then requested for them to suspend the account as it is not mine but the call centre refused. (Which is why i am writing this complaint). If they had bothered to do a proper background check then they would have pick up that this is identity theft.<br> <br> useless company
