********** Accounts Opened on my ID

This appears to be a common theme judging by all the reviews I have seen.

Two ********** accounts have been opened (one for Avon and one for Justine) on my ID number. This only came to my attention after I recently app**** for a home loan and these two accounts were flagged as overdue and unpaid. The banks are unwilling to provide the financing due to these two accounts which have impaired my credit record.

I have provided the relevant documents requested by Avon to prove that these are not my accounts. Multiple attempts from me via phone and e-mail have been unsuccessful.

HELP!!!
