********** Account under my name

Someone opened a ********** account using my name. I don't know how this people operate as the products were delivered at Durban while I reside in Johannesburg. The sad part is that I'm now listed as a bad debt and can't access home loans with regards to this.. I'm so ****ed. How can Avon allow such things to happen.. They should be held accountable and remove my name on the ITC
