********** account opened without my consent.

Hellopeter On the 6th of June 2021 I sent avon justine an email complaining about a ********** account that was on my name which I had no knowledge of . I only discovered that I owe avon justine when my request to open several accounts declined then when I followed up, I was told to go pay avon justine the amount of R999 ! which I am clueless how and when was it opened. When I checked my credit score it has dramatically dropped. Avon justine rep**** on the 19th of July by saying that I did not open the account and they were going to fix my score it will only take 21 days , guess what it's been 4 months and 2 days since they promised to fix my credit score. Now my life is a living hell everywhere I go to open an account or make a credit they tell me how unreliable I am. I demand that avon justine stop this shinanigans and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
