Hi, I have been told when making inquiries about the home loan I can't secure a loan because I owe Justine an amount of money and it's on arrears. Worst part is that I didn't open an account with them and I've never lost my ID document. I forwarded an email to them and wrote affidavits and all the required documents but they only acknowledge email, no phone calls. I made several calls requesting the number of the ***** department, they said they had no number.
