********** Account on my Profile

I noticed that I was listed on ITC by Avon Justine because of an unpaid account. I called and I was told to forward relevant documentation for their investigation before they can clear my name. They claim this will take 21 days to resolve. I do not have the luxury of 21 days to wait for the resolution. Last time I had this problem, MTN was able to clear my name and give me a letter clearing my name in 1 hour. I am missing out on opportunities because of the incompetence in their account opening department and I must suffer. They don't seem to share my concern regarding their turn around time. Surely it cant take this long for them to establish that there was ***** on my profile.
