********** Account Clearance ???

This is company is now depressing and standing in my way of buying property, because a fradulent Account that was open using my details. I reported this to the police and their ***** department, I got an email that the account was closed, January last year and they promised that they will send a letter confirming this... I can do anything without this letter, call centre doesn’t help with anything, my life is stuck because of this. So many cases reported of people creating ***** accounts with Justine which means the company allows... It’s time to take further steps so that this company is closed down, I need to report them to consumer protection , at the point of finding how I can sue these people, they’ve caused me a lot, for nonsense I don’t know about
