********** account affecting my credit score

Avon Justine opened a ********** account against my name and when i try to dispute the account which i allegedly opened, i was requested to submit tons of documents including police affidavit (as if im not busy enough with my day to day life). After numerous attempt to resolve this issue, i was left unattended by their consultants and managers. It unfair that Avon Justine expect me to prove to them that i never opened any account with them when they should be providing evidence that i aacepted their account. They are even failing to furnish me with recordings or documents to support activation of this account. To Avon Justine group, i will allow you this last chance to resolve this issue and remove yourselve from my credit records. Failure to resolve this matter, i will be forceed to report to the ombudsmen and all relevant authorities.
