<p>I went to apply for a loan to build my house at the bank in February 2017,I was told that my credit status is bad then I phoned transunion who told me that I have an account with Avon since last year(Feb 2016) which I never paid that is owing R900.I was so disappointed to be blocked by an account I don't know about.I contacted Avon who told me to send affidavit, copy of I'd,proof of address and 6 signatures,which I did on the 9 March 2017,I have been phoning them since then but I'm not being helped at all,they are saying that they are waiting for the courier to tell them where did they deliver the products.My worry is that I'm not being updated in any thing since then,I be been phoning every two weeks without progress.Please help me because I need to build my house and Avon's carelessness is stopping me...pls help</p>
