***** on my name

I was trying to apply for a loan, only to be told that I am owing Avon R1500 plus R1500 arrears. Shock of my life cause I have never had a credit agreement with Avon so I am not sure how they got my details. This is a ********** activity under my name and is now affecting my credit score. I have been calling regarding this, only to be told I'd be getting a call later. Till today I am still waiting for that call back! I am so fedup with this and I will not be paying money for something that I did not sign up for!! Your service is disgusting and for you guys to open accounts using people's account details and fail to give answers as to how that happened!! I need this sorted out as it is messing up with my credit record!!
