Someone used my ID number to open an account at Avon with my name. So now it appears that I owe Avon and I never opened an account with Avon. Now I can't open any account because I have been blacklisted and Avon is not doing anything to assist me on this matter. Their service is very poor I can't even reach out to them to tell me what is going on.
