***** case under investigation for 3 months

<p>I submitted documents to the ***** department 3 months back because someone bought items amounting to R800 using my details. Every time I call the credit controllers keep telling its still undrr investigation. last montn I called and the agent said I would receive a call within a week because they are waiting for the report from the courier company. Today I called again and the agent said its still under investigation and I should call them evry week to find out what's going on. I am afraid Avon will blacklist me for goods I did not receive. when I submitted the affidavit and other documents I was told they will respond within 21 working days. now its 3 months and I have no answers</p>
