***** case

I received my ITC and there is an Avon account which is owing R3322 open in May, I sent them documents and I was told of 21 days, but I can't wait for that cause I need a bond and the account its blocking everything from my side, I just receive an email that they will look into it, but no one got back to me, how did someone open an Avon account using my ID without a copy of an ID, now my things are stuck because of that. I want my name cleared on ITC as in like now and the debt to be transferred to the person who committed ***** with my ID, I am very disappointed With Avon, now I was going to be blacklisted for something I don't know, I am hurt cause I can't get my house now
