<p>Unhappy with the level of service received from Avon. On 9 November i reported to Avon Justine that someone has opened an account with my details. They asked me to go to the police station and do an affidavit and send to them with other documents. I did all that the same day. Today is 23 November and I have heard nothing from Avon Justine. They refuse to give me this ladies number or the address she used for delivery. My ID was used and I have every right to this information. What I get is that they are waiting for feedback from the courier company as to whether delivery has taken place. </p> <p>I even explained to one of the emails that this lady needs to be caught and arrested before she goes to other places but its the same generic email that I am getting. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone help me</p>
