***** by Avon and Justin

Good Day

I am not at all impressed by Justine and Avon.

I have never used or even purchased any of their products but today the 04th of June 2018, while applying for vehicle finance i get the shock of my life that i owe Avon/Justine R2 231. 00 and the matter has been handed over to their lawyers. I called the Avon Customer Care at 12:05pm and spoke to a lady by the name of Thandeka who was not helpful at all.

I urgently need someone to contact me regarding this as i have never lost my identity document and how is it that someone can open an account with them and not provide a certified copy of their ID and just a copy of an ID? Avon/Justin needs to do something about their security checks as i'm really going to escalate this matter as far as i can. I need this matter sorted out in the next 24hours.

Your urgent attention to this will be appreciated.
