Today I received a call when checking my ITC score , that I have an outstanding account with Justine from 2018 . I never opened any account with them , I never bought any products from them. They never called or emailed me to let me know that this account was opened in my name, now this is my problem to sort out. Doesn’t Justine have checks in place before anyone opens an account with them? I sent an email with an affidavit stating this wasn’t me! I didn’t open any account with them. Please can someone clear this and send me proof that my name is taking out of your outstanding accounts listing. I need feedback ASAP, as I need my name removed from ITC!!!
